Usually when we mention the most famous Chinese dishes, sweet and sour flavor is associated with pork.  This time chef Dache will teach us a special course named Crispy Snapper with sweet & sour sauce. To my surprise, not only the taste, the design and the color are so fantastic. Dotted with green pumpkin, yellow pineapple, red tomato, the dish is just colorful.

Then comes the dessert--almond cream with aloe. This one is definitely made for the ladies who want to take care of their skin. Especially in winter, this soup of almond cream and aloe, will warm you up from the bottom of your heart.
